Predatory contract firm for new grad software engineers

Last year I graduated with a software engineering degree but it has been hard for me to find a job due to some personal issues. Well I’m back searching for jobs and I’m so sick and tired of all the stupid contractor firms taking advantage of desperate people like me. Recently I have been getting emails and call none stop from JUMP by Cognixia for an entry level position. The want to pay your state minimum wage for training, then $25 and hour for contract work (I think it was for IBM but I’m not 100% sure if I remembered correctly). Then in the emails they told me it would bee $50k salary for a position requiring bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
