So I am two weeks into this new job and still going through the orientation period. They have been preaching to us about how great this place is and how great the pay is. Then today the tone changed and this really depressing person gives us the real story. Ive been doing this long enough to know this person is depressed due to the job and the stories they are telling are true and horrifically normal for this field. Im already trying to find an exit. Any thoughts? Kinda need this job pay wise. Also this is a good entry level opportunity to get my foot into another field.
