I work for a small company, staff of 7 to be exact. At the end of every year we do performance reviews and every year we get a raise, its based on how good you as an employee are doing as well as how well the company is doing. We also get a good size bonus at the same time again based on the same things. For the most part life is good, wages are more than fair. Just thought I would share this, yesterday the boss is doing payroll and he comes out and says he needs to make a company announcement. He then said the he is giving 15% raises across the board because inflation is a bitch and he wants to make sure we can afford to still live life. Also said the raises will stay if prices ever return to a more normal state. Bosses all cant all be bad that right?
