Here to vent. I am based in Italy. I hate, with every cell of my body how the restaurants/bars owners treats their staff in my area. I have been working since I'm 18, and NO ONE EVER offered me a contract. They all pay black and pay shit, hire young exploitable workers. I have been working 11 hours for 50€. Or one year in the same place for 30€ each shift. Is so depressing. Even worse, each place in my area works like this… And there are no controls, like ever. Really tempted to call the Finance Guard to denounce it, is horrible! Is indeed a community matter, not only regarding myself.
