Today, I worked my whole shift and all the managers kept mentioning how they were low on people. After my shift was done, my manager pulled me aside & fired me. I asked if there was any reasoning behind it and they just said “you were on a 90 day probation and decided to move in a different direction”. I feel like i was such a good employee and the only reason I can think of was calling out on memorial weekend because I got sick. That is something that I can’t control. Sorry if this is all over the place.
