Some thing I noticed

Often a lot of questions I see asked , it seems like no one read the employee’s hand book, working contract when they started a job. Or bothered to check with local labor laws. Most of the time it’s pretty clear what is allowed and what isn’t allowed . If you have no employees hand book you had to sign or a workers contract ie explains what is expected, hours , work type, rules for taking time off etc. it goes to state laws which are more often then not more restrictive. For example I’m a CNC programmer was asked to clean out a machine that had 4 year old coolant that was a bacteria infection waiting to happen. I told my boss no and he flipped out. I told him I program the machines my job duty’s are that and that alone. It was brought to his boss and…

It was brought to his boss and he got yelled at for it, because it was not part of my duty’s and I make 2-3x what a operator does and it’s part of their duty’s.
