So basically i work at a financial firm and about 2 weeks ago i got the news my contract wont be extended past the 1st of july from my manager. Now the boss of my manager plans in monthly catchup calls to check-in on all the employees under him and make sure they're still having a good time working at the company. He likely doesn't know my contract won't be extended.
I kind of want to stay at this company but i'd also have no problem working at one of its competitors(already got the first offer). Do i bring up the issue with the man or do i just cut my losses and leave without saying a word once my contract ends?
