Went on maternity leave a little over a month ago and the majority of my job has been posted with significantly lower pay.

I’ve been with my company for almost 8 years. I single handedly recovered large amounts of funds not paid to us by customers, trained teams of data entry and all new customer service employees, and dedicated many hours of overtime to help during COVID or holidays. Today I saw my position was posted on Glassdoor and indeed about a month ago. I had my baby 5 weeks ago. AND the job listing is for way less pay in combination with another job that should be separate considering how difficult and time consuming it is. Also funny how a male coworkers wife gave birth a year ago (she works for a different company), yet he got to work remote since then. How heartless to post someone’s job to save money just because they had a baby. I thought I was close to my immediate boss, but lesson learned to not trust…
