What’s the best way to leave a very toxic job with extremely toxic management?

I’ll be leaving after I get my salary (10 days from now) because otherwise they wouldn’t give it to me. My wife said that I should get my money and then walk out of the company in my lunch break and never come back. Anyone has a better idea?
