I recently tested positive for the ick (yay). I’m not horribly sick but obviously need to stay out of work until I’m healthy again. My employer stopped offering Admin Sick Pay for Covid earlier this year forcing me to burn my accrued PTO if I want to be paid for the time I’m out of work. Just wondering what others have experienced in these situations and if there is any support for lost wages. I do have enough PTO to cover my missed work but its not what I really wanted to use it for. I’m really frustrated by this situation. Thanks for reading and for the response you may give.
