I quit with no notice and my employer paid out my last check at minimum wage.

Any advice on what to do? They made us sign something that said it’s okay for them to do that but I don’t think that’s legal. Thinking about reporting them to the department of labor. I have copies of the employee handbook as well as text messages expressing my wish for them not to attempt this.
