30 PTOs my ass

At the time of onboarding, I was told I will be given 30 PTOs, no question asked. Had to take a couple weeks off because I was hospitalized and had surgery. HR emailed me on my day back that company policy only allows 2.5 PTOs a month and the rest will be considered unpaid leave. Now they are cutting off my pay as well as marking the 2 weeks off from my balance. So, I lose the pay as well as the PTOs and she thinks this makes absolute sense? Oh, and they suddenly applied the sandwich rule where if you take Friday and Monday off, Saturday will be deducted from your PTO as well. Honestly thinking of quitting if they cut my pay.
