Management has been on our asses to keep production up, and I guess letting us know our expectations was supposed to motivate us. I learned that the small area I work in is responsible for 5 million annually and I’m a major producer for them, making $23/hour. I understand that I’m young and my company is very large but man does it suck how little I make compared to what my labor is worth. I hope this doesn’t just sound like a pissy rant but I’m upset lol
