Not sure if this fits here?

My employer announced that we'd be going back to the office 50% of the time and that it would start in August. Management was in the office as of this month. This was announced in April/May. Several people quit because of this. Two people on my team (we have about 8 people). I've had to train 2 new people by myself for 2 weeks each time, and I'm still their “go to” for everything, so I'm essentially doing my work and theirs for a while. Yesterday, we had a meeting with every single colleague in the company. The people who quit had worked there over 20 years and would have stayed if we had a permanent work from home…

The people who quit had worked there over 20 years and would have stayed if we had a permanent work from home (like we now have) and I had to learn a completely new jurisdiction with zero training because they quit.
