A friend of mine worked as a delivery guy, here’s how customers treated him

On one case, he called a customer to set the time of arrival, and he arrived at the place. The customer didn't answer the phone, didn't answer the intercom, the building was closed, the delivery guy left. Two hours later the customer calls and yells at him that he should have waited for her because she was taking a shower. Another customer lived in a commieblock, there were four buildings attached, no street number, no lights, nothing. The customer told him “I'm not going to tell you where I live, it's your job to find me. I'm not going to go down and take the package”. That's why we need labor protection laws. Customers abuse their power and force the workers to do things that are not in their job description. A society can't survive like this.
