TLDR: One guy tried to became more boss than the rest of us. So two of us split off.
Two of us were booking our own jobs and let the other guy know two weeks in advance that we wouldn’t be available that day. He came back with “you’re either here on x day or we’re done. “ So I said fuck it along with one other guy.
So now they’re two guys and we’re two guys. But once again it seems that our income has increased. We averaged about $350.00/person/day 5 days a week through most of last season. We left in early November and we’re up to $450.00/person/day. Basically, because it’s a two way split but lower overall production.
