I can’t post a photo of this poster due to my current employer’s logo plastered as a background upon it. But I figure this sub would get a kick of out it.
Context of this employer; it’s a manufacturing facility. We’ve been working 6 and 7 day work weeks for the past year. Turnover is in the 70% range, employee moral is in the tubes, and our pay rate is 15% below the county average for a on the floor production worker; 30% below the county average for someone in my position in maintenance.
Posted at the entrance to every office and the break room is the following poster;
