I work at a certain store know for being red and white with a large circle as it's symbol. (It's Target)
I've been working here since September of 2021, been a good experience so far. Until yesterday. I got my first performance review and my manager said that I had been a great employee, very flexible and that I'd gotten recognized in a report to company higher ups. It felt great! Then my manager handed over my new pay raise

I'm thinking of getting a new job, but I do enjoy working here. And I don't wanna start on the bottom rung again.
No corporation that makes as much money as Target can justify not having the budget to pay their employees
