A place I subcontract for wants me to wear trousers on Tuesday, it’s meant to be 37degrees.

So on Tuesday some big wig is coming to the body shop I sub contract for and they’ve told everyone they need to be wearing trousers for there visit, I’m in the UK and there’s an amber warning for heat issued by the MET office for then. My job is quite active, and I get paid depending on how much I get done so I normally am fast paced. Wth can I do, if anything, to prevent this madness? There’s no AC and barely any ventilation.
