I cannot tell you how much I value my staff. I credit my staff 100% with every success we encounter. I didn’t start my own business until I was almost 40 and before that I hit the grind just like everyone else: coffee shops, pizza, retail, software development, and eventually IT.
The shit you guys are rallying against is a fucking nightmare and all of the employers you post and give shit to 1000% deserve your venom.
Employee’s are taking their time to make MY VISION come true. They are SO SO valuable and should be treated with absolutely nothing more than the utmost respect and space.
Give someone a job they enjoy, a wage that is commensurate, and just give them SPACE and an open avenue of communication and no shit they will blossom and give you the world in return.
Keep doing what you are doing because as an employer: some of the shit I see on here makes me fucking sick.
