The writing is on the wall for me at my current company only a matter of time before I'm kicked to the curb.
Strictly for not meeting sales quotas in a recession where all sales reps are struggling.
I do my job and do everything asked of me,
they have hired and fired 4 ppl in the last few months for drug issues and behavioral issues , ect and can't seem to keep anyone they hire or those ppl go on a LOA and get paid for months after working a month.
So upon my inevitable exit interview or meeting to let me know I've been fired, what are some funny things to say or do? Also any recommendations on just what to do overall with time off, insurance , unemployment ect
