I have switched jobs twice in the past year. I got a new job moving countries at the start of 2022 then switched to a job more in my field 6 months later.
I was then laid off in a downsize after 6 months when I got the job I have now. Recently inclined to believe that there will be a very slow/stagnant progression in terms of compensation and career so considering a switch at the year mark.
Would these switches be frowned upon?
FWIW: I currently work in SaaS in a role that combines business and technical elements. Certifications are sought after in certain platforms and having these is considered a bonus, will be pursuing multiple before switch
