Accepted an offer from Trader Joe’s

At 30 years old, 10 years of experience from big box retailers to distribution centers in various roles from Inventory Manager to Operations Auditing, I was offered $17.50/Hr. In an upscale area and a job posting that advertised $18-20, I was hoping more towards the $20 range. I start next week but have gotten a few offers from other companies and city jobs so I don’t see myself making it to the first day. I felt pretty discouraged to see how low they went with pay especially with my vast retail experience I have and I was honestly making this job my first option based off my scheduling.

Maybe it’s just me but I don’t think $17.50 is enough to survive ANYWHERE in Los Angeles.

How would you rescind your acceptance?
