Hello I have a few different disabilities. Hypoglycemia, adhd, and ptsd. Whenever I get a new job my employers refuse to accommodate my disabilities. I ask to put in an accommodation request and give them physical documentation but they still refuse. I’ve had to quit all my jobs in less than a year because my health became so poor I’d fall asleep standing up and have to sit so I didn’t faint. At one point my hair fell out and my clothes wouldn’t fit because of malnourishment. It’s not even hard to give me a 5 min break every 2-3 hrs to eat. If I put disabilities on my application they won’t hire me so what should I do?
