- Long hours depending on the job, boss and or the company.
- Harassment or Neglect in the workplace.
- Hardly any raises and if your lucky its only 25 cents.
- Taking time off can be a hassle.
- Most companies want you to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Lack of housing/affordable rent.
- A solid chunk of your pay goes to medical bills, a mortgage, rent, car payments, cell phone payments, etc.
- If you are a reliable employee you are likely to be called in if someone calls out of work and it's your day off.
- Your workload can get hectic depending on your boss, job and or the company you work for.
- Your work will sometimes call you during your time off.
- Inflation.
- Gas prices are still high.
- Lack of benefits and if any some companies want to still take some of your pay towards it.
- Stress.
Doesn't seem fair does it?
