So I've come to you as some of the most cynical people I know… I work for at a company that I like well enough, like my co workers, make more money than ever in my life. My boss is horrible and treats me horribly. Terribly disrespectful.
Yesterday I interviewed for a position that offers greater respect…smaller…closer knit group, only one boss who is a nice man. It will represent quite a pay cut.
Have any of you quit a job for far less money for higher reasons like respect and your own mental health. I'm talking probably a 50k difference at least.
