I am DONE with the preschool I work at for a multitude of reasons but the biggest one is a HUGE bump in pay for another school.
I plan on giving my two week notice to my two bosses today around 5 after I clock out. Now I know they’re going to try and guilt me into staying-especially since they are all set to move around a lot of teachers and my absence would ruin the plan they had but oops they should have thought about that before switching hours on us, being straight up rude and cold, and countless other things.
I am a recovering people pleaser so I’m really anxious to give it to them. I’m also dreading the passive aggression I will no doubt receive these best two weeks. Any advice for me? Thank you!!!
