I’m submitting my resignation from my front desk job tomorrow, but this morning they gave us a new handbook to sign that included a brand new section about how employees must give a 30 day notice if resigning. i did NOT sign the new handbook, and i have my resignation written and am ready to submit it tomorrow. i’m really worried that my boss will deny this and try to make me work the 30 days, what are my options here if that happens ? i’m in florida if that helps
