Advice requested: Unused Vacation and 2 weeks notice.

So I landed a new job (yay finally!) and I decided that IF I give two weeks notice, I will do it on Monday and not today. Start date is 11/07/2022 so that’s exactly two weeks. Question is in regards to accumulated unused vacation time… I don’t think they’ll let me use it since it’s been a fight to get time off as it is, but I also doubt they’ll pay it out. Even if they wanted to pay it out, the payroll is so screwed up I never get correct pay as it is. And by law in my state, they don’t have to pay it out. So… should I give two weeks? Should I call in sick and just quit? I have two days already scheduled off in the coming two weeks. Edit to add: I probably have about 40 hours and a friend was used as a…
