My boss is a toxic person, talks down, gaslighting, accusing.l, takes his moods out on others. In the 2 years with the company my mental health has taken a nosedive particularly since Christmas.Ive been offered a new job but it's taking time to process, where do I stand on taking my last couple of months potentially on sick due to the above. Does it affect references etc.
