I’ve been working for this company for 1 1/2 – 2 years now. I’ve been moved into a new position that requires me to sign an ‘Employee Confidentiality Agreement.’
I’ve never signed one of these before and I wanted to discuss this with someone before signing who knows what they’re talking about, but am on a tight budget and don’t know where to go for proper advice.
Does anyone have any advice on how to get the wording of the NDA checked out or what to look out for in the NDA?
