I am trying to find a better job and stressing out because I have to read/research all this “resume” nonsense. I updated LinkedIn to “best advice” (including a corny summary). I want a good job. I am tired of constantly starting over.
But none of it literally matters because if it's just based on one opinion or a dumb software designed to reject resumes if your company name was quarter inch to the left.
This is dumb. It shouldn't be like this. I shouldn't have to swallow utter nonsense just to get a good job. I already DO well at jobs. They can see I have experience. They could call my job and find out I did great work. They could talk to me and find out.
