I work for a small painting company. We advertise that we do exteriors and interiors. We avoid exteriors at all costs for whatever reason. This summer we got 2 weeks worth of exterior jobs and the second one was this week. My allergies were through the roof. There seemed to be no break in the irritability. My boss said, “that’s just an excuse for your meanness”. I’m at a loss for how to handle these exteriors which seem to pop up at the worst times of the summer.
