Almost forced to work outside in below 0 temps

Currently -2 degrees Fahrenheit, feels like -26, 2:00 December 23: I work at a Home Depot retail store. Manager 1 asks me, who works in the garden department, to go outside and push carts. I respectfully tell him I’m not going to go outside because of the temperature. He then responds with, “It’s not whether you want to or not, you’re going to go outside to push carts.” He continues with this and I get frustrated so I hang up the phone. He then comes over to me and repeats the same thing. I ask him if I can go talk to another manager. He says yes and I run into manager 2. She is on the phone with manager 1 and she tells me to stay there so they can talk with me. Both managers proceed to talk down to me and write me up for refusing to go…
