I work in a pretty little privet school. Since pandemic we haven't recovered the same rythm of work or amount of students.
Yet we keep working and doing stuff pretending this place isn't already condemned, the boss is always complaining about how little money we got and then proceed to buy lots of shit that are not so necesary rather than things we do need to work properly.
The reason we belive this its because the director of the school is also the major of a neighbor city and have a lot of Powerful friends in the regional politics.
