Am I a asshole?

I am currently working at a small company office. When I say small, I mean that it’s just me and another girl who can barely do her job. I’ve tried training her but it just hasn’t been working out. I’ve been in the company for a little over two years and I have spoken about the manager position 6 months ago. There has been no talk about it since. I am working the whole office by myself and the manager (he isn’t an office manager but just a kinda freelance manager) has been working once in a while on the field and sometimes in the office. But anyway, I have had no training done in regards to the manager position. And I have been working my ass off to keep the office in check and make sure things are going great. I applied for a job a while back and never received a callback but they recently called me in for an interview. It is to work as a Field Operations Assistant. It is just $0.50 more than what I get paid right now but I also get benefits like 401k, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and 5 days of paid vacation. Where I currently am, they offer no benefits. The only thing I have liked about being here is the people and the ability to leave certain times if needed. They have chosen me and are waiting for a response on whether or not I will go ahead and accept the position. The only reason that is holding me back is the fact that the manager that has been promising me the position is going on vacation in a week of august and if I give my two weeks, he will be shit out of luck.
I feel like an asshole for leaving but I have to get a job that can help me further my career and help me grow because I feel like I already maxed out where I am currently. Plus the case that my mother works for them as a cleaner is also something that I’m afraid they will be petty over me leaving and leaving her without a job. What should I do?
