Hey everyone,
I am working remotely for a company in Europe. In the contract it says “the employee shall perform work in the employee’s place of residence. I.e. (address)” a Good friend of mine that is living in Slovenia has his birthday next week I would love to visit him for 2 weeks and work from his apartment. Is this something I would be allowed to?
If I decide to go can the company track my IP and see that I was working from a different country for 2 weeks?
From what I see my country of residence don’t have any clear rules on this. It’s only what is said in my contract
