This has been my journey so far with a particular would-be employer:
- Submit resume and cover letter.
- Asked to complete a technical scenario. (So I assume they liked what they saw?)
- Scenario successful? Go through first interview.
- Interview was successful; asked to complete another technical scenario.
- Technical scenario successful; now asked to do yet another interview.
I feel as though this much vetting isn't necessary for a 25-30k salary position. Normally I wouldn't mind a second interview, but the technical scenarios they've asked should already show I'm capable of performing the necessary tasks.
Just feels redundant by this point.
