Am I crazy or is my boss a scumbag?

I work at a certain restaurant chain named after a southern state, that has bread that people love, and they're known for what their uniforms say. I roll silverware there. So, I've been suspicious of my scheduling manager for a bit now. She's apparently not been scheduling me, and saying it's an accident. This went on for over a month and a half, until the other managers found out and got involved. They assured me it was an accident and their fault. I was already suspicious, and about to look for work elsewhere. Last week, after they told me they talked to the scheduling manager about my schedule, turns out she “forgot” to schedule me again.

I had to threaten to file a complaint to get scheduled.

I need a job coach there sometimes to watch me and coach me through half of my shift, since I have some learning disability. Well, this job coach, the one that was there tonight, said something that made it sound like the scheduling manager was PURPOSEFULLY not scheduling me because of my, at least, average performance. The job coach wasn't a help at all, in fact, she was rude, condescending, and a pot stirrer, and I've had problems with her before.

If she was right, this would mean my scheduling manager has been lying to me and the other managers. I'm afraid to do something, since she's been there for at least 9 years. I'm afraid I won't be believed, or I'll be seen as a liability and end up being forced out of the job.

Am I crazy for thinking I have a reason to worry or not?
