So I work for a blue collar company, it’s a family business and let’s be honest there’s always a bias towards their family and that I can get over. What I can’t get over is that if for one week I miss 60 hours I either have to pull those hours from my sick or vacation time or be stripped of my benefits and insurance and placed as part time. It may be perfectly legal but that screams shady to me. Am I making this a bigger deal than it is?
