Am I just F*cked if I have a seasonal job with FMLA?

Maybe it rolls over if I’m re-hired next year or something. Love my job, managers have been great as well as head manager & regional manager. From there up, probably fuck them lol. Anyway they are very liberal with lunches & breaks and take complaints very seriously from anyone in the company regarding another employee or customer even. Finally got a job but it is 8-10months in length & qualifying as seasonal. Generally they will call you back the next year to see if you’d like to work. Idk if that works like that. Don’t want to ask as to cover my ass & keep management from panicking. Just curious for if shit hits the fan. Kinda need…

Would like to know about FMLA/if there would be any legal rights to protect me. Thanks for input.
