Am I making enough?

I work 38.5h per week and always get the same base sum per month. If I add the bonuses that being at work gives me (our job location changes roughly every week and our job is literally to travel basically) it comes out to 12€ net per hour. The job is very heavily unionized and we have benefits like Healthcare, pension etc, classical European stuff. I see many posts on this sub however saying to increase wages to at least 20€ (they're close enough to dollars in the current market, and for consistency, I'm gonna stick to €) an hour. Given that these are probably in the US, where the benefits probably aren't as good as here and you have to pay for everything by yourself, I was wondering if I'm even getting a good paycheck. Also, I make roughly 10€ net an hour with just my base rate, but…

Also, I make roughly 10€ net an hour with just my base rate, but that's literally for just sitting around since it only happens when we aren't doing our jobs which is riding around and measuring

Edit: I forgot to mention that more often than not these travels have me work more than 38,5 hours a week, but I think by law overtime only starts from 40h
