what is the next step after the Great Resignation?

Sure, people quit now. But what happens when those positions need to be filled again? Are we just going to raise a new generation of gullible fools waiting to be taken advantage of? We need to start ringing the bells and sounding the alarms. No more censoring the name of companies on those shitty applications we always screenshot. I don't know how to organise a massive strike, but that seems like the next reasonable step. Find a way to mobilise the agricultural sector to feed strikers so they can feed their families while striking. I don't have a solution on the housing issue, but let this post be an open forum for people to suggest their ideas. If I knew what to do, I wouldn't be sitting behind a screen typing this out.
