What would you say during an exit interview?

Hypothetical scenario. I got a new job offer outside of the company and gave my 2-week notice. HR wants to conduct an exit interview. The reason for my departure is due to the followings: Working for a company that all they care is about not spending and not investing in their employees Including no professional development assistance, and no tuition reimbursement. This has nothing to do with the pandemic. It's been like that since I started 5 years ago. Working for a delusional boss. He thinks he knows it all. He treats his employees with no respect. No communication and sharing of knowledge and critical work-related information Should I be honest and share my opinion about what I think about the leadership and the organization? Or since the organization doesn't care much about their employees and keep things to myself and just give them a short brief answer? I don't…

Should I be honest and share my opinion about what I think about the leadership and the organization? Or since the organization doesn't care much about their employees and keep things to myself and just give them a short brief answer? I don't think giving them my honest opinion would do me any good except tell HR how I really feel about the organization and the leadership.
