Do you think this is retaliation?

A few months ago, I filed a complaint against my boss. Because he accused me of something I had nothing to do with. I had a meeting with his boss, HR, my boss, and myself. My boss's boss favored me and as a result, my boss had to attend some classes. Next, thing my boss decided to do a job rotation. So I am doing what the new guy does; simple tasks and less work. And the new guy is doing my work. I had to train the new guy with things I used to do. Now, the new guy is taking on a project I have supposed me on. Am I being retaliated because of my action? If so, what could I do? Do I have a legal right to file a formal complaint against my employers and my boss?
