Except that the amount of monthly pay they’re offering divided by the number of hours they want me to commit per month comes out to less than minimum wage.
I just quit a bottom of the barrel job with a super toxic work environment and even they paid the basic minimum wage.
At this point I cant even move forward. all this shit is just moving backwards. Bitches want “high quality work and intrinsic motivation commitment” but can’t even offer a minimum wage salary. This job is ideal for me in terms of my skill set, education, training, experience and career goals. Yet, I’m expected to commit all this value I bring to the table for a pay rate that can’t even match the legal minimum?! I’m not even asking a lot, for fucks sake.
