Today was my first day as a leasing consultant and my managers are amazing. They gave me a company laptop and told me to leave it in the office at the end of the day. I said “so I don't need to check my work email at home or anything?” And my boss looked at me so seriously and said “absolutely not. Why would I ask you to do something like that? Work is Work. Home is home.” Fucking amazing
