Gf: I’m only working 15 hours next week
Me: oof, why so little hours?
Gf: That bitch (department manager) is “punishing” me for being sick
Me: I don’t get it, do they want you to work or not??
Is there anything she can do about something like this? It’s a recurring issue whenever she calls out sick. It makes no sense to me.
