MONTHS of us complaining of wages after our supervisors lame attempt of a “pandemic” raise of 3% we had a meeting today and they informed us they will be giving us another 3% this year “which is the best we've ever seen 2 years in a row here!”. I know they know inflation alone (not mentioning gas prices that have doubled here in Oklahoma) has risen 20% in the last year ALONE. Idk what I'm expecting here, but I heard y'all were able to help the Kellogg guys, was wondering if you could take a look here. Thanks guys & God Bless.
