I'm getting questions where hr, hiring managers, and recruiters are asking me “Do you have experience in [insert your job title from 3-5 jobs ago here]?” I mean I know most hiring managers average about 6-10 seconds on a resume, but literally not knowing some of the skill sets of your potential hire seem like a red flag to me, especially if it's literally the job your hiring for.
